Festivall kicked off last weekend beginning Charleston’s transformation into a work of art. Saturday started off with the Art Parade. Art Organizations throughout Charleston were represented during the parade such as Qiet, the Arts Council of Kanawha Valley, Razor Sharp Studios, Dr. Sketchy’s Charleston Branch, Dale Morton Mascot Costumes, Shocka-Con, and more. I swung my lens around as everyone was lining up.
